Learn More About Us

Chrysalis Veterans Services was founded with one single purpose in mind: to support veterans and their loved ones on their path toward reconnection, the building of resilience, and obtaining optimal mental and physical health.

The veteran community is by far the most underserved community in Arizona. It's not that funds aren't available; it's that obtaining them is just harder than it should be for those who gave the best years of their life in service of this country.

Our organization has many ambitious goals. However, our primary goal is to help veterans and families improve their lives. Complete the appropriate program application and submit the required documentation.

Help Support Our Mission

As with all charities, we rely on the generosity of individuals interested in addressing the welfare of our returning veterans. Your contribution will mean so much to a veteran and their family. We would also appreciate it if you would share our website with others so they can help too. We thank you in advance.

Julian eventually retired in April of 2022 from the Navy Reserve after 20 years of service. After active service, Julian worked in various fields including project management, accounting and finance, and real estate. Currently, Julian works in corporate America as a legal analyst and project manager in the semiconductor industry.

Carolyn Dotson, Board Secretary

Carolyn Dotson moved to the valley in 1977 with the goal of completing her apprenticeship with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. After graduation, she developed a well-rounded career in construction, from being the first female Maricopa County building inspector to being the qualifying party for her general contractors' licenses, to the construction manager. Carolyn is well equipped to assist Chrysalis in its ambitious housing construction projects and is looking forward to bringing the vision of the CEO to fruition. Carolyn loves to do crafts and sew when she finds the time.
